'Sport, Social Media, and Body Image'- Part II of II

I've decided to go ahead and post the second part of the seminar at Fleet Feet The Woodlands early. A comment on the first post alluded to the fact that while this is an ugly and hard subject to talk about, we need to keep the dialogue open early and often. Due to my background and struggles through these issues myself, I am making a commitment to take a stand and appreciate my body more. It's a daily decision athletes of both genders need to make: do you want to be athletic of aesthetic? Do what works for you-not somebody else, keeps you fit and healthy and focus on the positive. You will perform, you will look good. Just trust the process.
Stay the course.

Loved it, once again. So fun to hear your Texas drawl saying "that pisses me off!" Great presentation and great message.
